I’ve battled with abs for ages… still do with motivation
Do you mind if I ask what your opinion is on full body multi-joint combo exercises that indirectly work your abs by incorporating your midsection. I’ve been reading up on articles such as this lately.
That’s primarily how I have my clients train their abs. We do triset type circuit training. During rest periods I might throw in some ab work like leg lifts and stability ball work, but primarily I think you should rely on having a high intensity strength session focused around your multi joint exercises. It’s the intensity of workouts and your diet that really shred your abs, anyway.
BTW…I hit the Core once a week…sometimes. I mainly just throw in stuff here and there but rely of my tough workouts and cardio to get the job done with abs.
I’m a huge Jenn Hendershott fan!

Hard ass cardio workouts. The kind that make your lungs sear like you inhaled a blowtorch are the kind of workouts that keep me fit and firm
