I just had to send a BIG thank you out to you. I have completed a week of the advanced workout program and its exactly what i needed a new plan. A GREAT side effect–I feel like I have an edge at the gym now. I get stopped and asked why i do jumping squats etc.. Its great to be able to get a great workout and give others a little motivation two. After all that is what this journey is all about enpowering yourself and others. Once again thank you. I would love a blog site for us “PNP wannabes”. Giving us a place to exspress our pride and success. Thanks again.
