  1. Yes, I agree the scale is horrible BUT Corinne maybe you can help me. I have to WI at WW once a month to keep my “lifetime” status (as you well know I’m sure!). How do I deal with the ups from weight training? This is such a battle for me. I always carry an extra few lbs while lifting which in my mind I know why. Then I feel like a failure when I go to WI when I am up. But I love to go to my meetings, I don’t want to give them up. How do I deal with this? TIA for the kick in my rear that I so desperately need!! :)
