Corinne – this looks really good! I was describing to my husband and he thinks that some of these would be great workout routines for him to take “on the road” when he starts traveling for business again.

Definitely! Especially since he’ll have the use of so many cardio machines. I’m glad he can use it!!!

Corinne – I just got the book yesterday and am excited to get started! I am doing full body weight routines (intense) on Tues, Thurs and Sundays. How should I integrate the different levels of cardio?

Are you talking you are doing weights on those days or the full body program in the book? I might have more questions, but let’s start there and then I can give you more advice.
I hope you love them!

I am doing weights those days and am not sure when to do the HIIT or keep it moderate. Currently I am doing 45 mins of cardio every morning and I would say its moderate so I am looking to step up my cardio without burning myself out. Is it best to do HIIT a day after heavy weights? Or is that not enough rest?

Hey Becky!
Here are a couple of suggestions:
1. You can either do two HIITs a week after your upper body days. I don’t like doing HIIT after legs because then my legs give out before I get cardio fatigued.
2. You can sub out two a.m. cardio’s for HIIT a week working your way up to three. After the HIIT session is done, you can easy walk for 10-15 minutes to really cool down. If you do HIIT with enough intensity all you SHOULD be able to do is easy walk to catch your breath and circulate the blood.
Does this help you plan the week? Feel free to ask more questions.
