This morning was the first day back to a.m. cardio and it felt amazing. The whole day has been productive and I truly feel like I am getting back to real life again. It’s amazing how eating the right things and moving your body keeps you riding high all day long!
Today’s Workout: Back (abs in between all supersets and five minute jog to start)

Single DB Row w/ Twist
Leg in and outs
Superset Three: 3 sets
Seated Rows with wide bar
REverse grip pulldowns
Superset Four: 3 sets
Assisted Wide Grip Pull ups
Cardio: 6 a.m. Gin Miller’s Step Reebok Interval Workout (tough)
20 min. of treadmill following weights – 10% incline walking with turning variations

L - Chicken and Bean mix with cup of fruit
S – Oatmeal with pro powder
D – Spag Squash with spag sauce and grilled shrimp, green spin salad
